COVID-19 Response

• We inspect alone. Homebuyer presence is optional.
• We social distance, keeping at least 6 feet from others. Please don't take it personally when we don't shake your hand.
• We wash our hands frequently and have hand sanitizer available for when water is not available.
• We carry disinfectant to disinfect potentially contaminated surfaces we may need to touch.
• We wear masks according to current state health department recommendations.
• We don't work while we are sick.

• If you are sick or have a fever, please reschedule or make arrangements for the inspection without being present.
• Respect social distance guidelines. Please stay at least 6 feet from others.
• Disinfect commonly touched surfaces, such as door handles and light switches.
• Follow current mask guidelines.
